Advice for Patients
Welcome, if you are a new patient and not yet registered, please contact our helpful reception team on 0208 857 0711, they will be happy to assist in registering you and booking your first appointment with us!
If you have registered and have an appointment booked, we ask that you arrive 10minutes early for your appointment as there will be paperwork to sign, if you are taking medication you can bring a repeat prescription or alternative list of medication in and we can scan it in, directly into your clinical record.
Your first dental appointment is normally just a dental examination (dental charting, diet and social habits discussed, oral cancer screening and assessment of oral hygiene) your dentist may wish to take routine x-rays, if you need any dental treatment then the options and costs associated will be discussed with you.
We now need to have the full GP details for all our patients this includes your NHS number. Please make sure you bring this information to your next dental appointment.
If you are an existing patient and have received your dental reminder for examination please call the practice on 0208 857 0711 and our team will be able to book you in with your preferred dentist.
If you have a dental emergency we have on the day emergency appointments available, these emergency appointments are sit and wait only appointments and you cannot request a specific dentist, we are also unable to predict a wait time.
It will be good to hear from you soon!
We ask for all our patients to be pro-active if they are unable to attend their dental appointment, there is an out of hours answering machine for patients to leave a message.
If patients fail to attend or do not give us 24hrs notice for more than 2 appointments in a short period of time we may be unable to offer further treatment at the practice.
